SHIPPING COSTS

We are currently on a fixed price shipping model with respect to order value. Shipping prices will depend on cart value and your location (US or International).

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

Transit time for US orders is 3-7 business days, international shipments can be 10-25 business days depending on the country.

The order cut-off time will be 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time every day. Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@orbeezgun.com.

E. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations up to 12 PM eastern time (on the date of order), we can make exceptions which should be on CS staff disposal or order status.

If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

F. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service for a replacement or re-delivery. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Cool toy gun!

So I wanted to post some pics of my 15 year old son having a blast, literally, with this gun, but he nixed it before I could even suggest it. lol We have had MANY Nerf guns in our house the last 20 years and for now-a-days there are just way too many versions of not only Nerf guns but also the bullets they require. Keeping up with that has been almost exhausting. New Nerf gun = new version of Nerf gun bullets.
The cool thing about this gun is that it's a version has introduced us to a totally new type of "toy" gun that even adults can truly enjoy! My son has loved it so much that we decided to look into it more and there are more out there! :-)
