RETURNS & REFUNDS

By placing an order through BRRRRT you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic (USA) country.

A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, contact us at support@brrrrt.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

After Shipping Your Return:
Once you've shipped your return, please email 2-3 clear photos of the packaged return (showing the shipping label) to support@brrrrt.com. This helps our warehouse team prepare for your return and speeds up the inspection and refund process.

Note: For returns not due to product defects or incorrect shipments, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Alternatively, we can provide a return label, but the return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund once the return is completed.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To Report an Issue:
Contact us at support@brrrrt.com and provide:

  1. Your order number
  2. Description of the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  3. Clear photos or videos showing the issue

This information helps our team quickly evaluate the problem and provide the best solution for you.

Resolution:

  • For damaged or defective items: We will arrange a replacement or full refund
  • For incorrect products: We will send the correct item once we receive the returned product

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

D. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, the incorrect product, the incorrect size or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@brrrrt.com.

Please note that for exchange requests, the damaged or incorrect product must be returned before a replacement or refund can be issued.

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on approved returns.

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
