A. Shipping Costs
We are currently on a fixed price shipping model with respect to order value. Shipping prices will depend on cart value and your location (US or International).
B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time Domestically
Transit time for US orders is 3-7 business days, international shipments can be 7-15 business days depending on the country.
The order cut-off time will be 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time every day. Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms
We use USPS carrier to deliver the product.
D. Change Of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@orbeezgun.com.
E. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations up to 12 PM eastern time (on the date of order), we can make exceptions which should be on CS staff disposal or order status.
If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
F. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service for a replacement or re-delivery. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
RETURN POLICY
By placing an order through BRRRRT you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic (USA) country.
A. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
There will be an added 10% restocking fee charged to the card on file.
B. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@orbeezgun.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted or refunded.
C. Damaged And Wrong Products Or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To return your product, please contact us via customer support email or phone number.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges
We only exchange products that are damaged, the incorrect product, the incorrect size or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@orbeezgun.com.
E. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
