SHIPPING COSTS
We are currently on a fixed price shipping model with respect to order value. Shipping prices will depend on cart value and your location (US or International).
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY
Transit time for US orders is 3-7 business days, international shipments can be 10-25 business days depending on the country.
The order cut-off time will be 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time every day. Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms
We use USPSย carrier to deliver the product.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us withinย 12ย hours of placing your order at support@orbeezgun.com.
E. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations up to 12 PM eastern time (on the date of order), we can make exceptions which should be on CS staff disposal or order status.
If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
F. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service for a replacement or re-delivery. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
