送料

B. 国内輸送、取り扱い、注文締切時間
米国からの注文の配送時間は 3 ～ 7 営業日、国際配送は国によって 10 ～ 25 営業日かかります。
ご注文の締め切りは毎日東部標準時午後12時です。国内でのご注文の処理時間は1～2営業日（月曜日から金曜日）です。
C. 配送条件
商品の配送には USPS または UPS の配送業者を使用します。
D. 住所変更
配送中の配送先住所の変更はできません。ご注文の配送先を変更される場合は、ご注文後12時間以内にsupport@orbeezgun.comまでご連絡ください。
E. キャンセル
ご注文を受け取る前に気が変わった場合は、東部標準時午後 12 時 (ご注文日の) までキャンセルを受け付けており、CS スタッフの対応または注文状況に応じて例外が認められる場合があります。
注文がすでに発送されている場合は、返金ポリシーを参照してください。
F. 輸送中に破損した荷物
配送中に荷物が破損していた場合は、可能であれば配送業者に荷物の受け取りを拒否していただき、カスタマーサービスにご連絡の上、交換または再配達をご依頼ください。ご不在時に荷物が配達された場合は、カスタマーサービスにご連絡の上、次の手順をご案内いたします。
