3. Where is BRRRRT based?

BRRRRT serves customers worldwide. According to our site information, U.S. orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Gibsonville, North Carolina, while international orders are shipped from partner facilities in China to support global delivery.

Orders and Shipping

Yes. BRRRRT ships to customers worldwide.

  • International orders: 7–20 days depending on the destination country

Order handling time is typically 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

7. Which carriers do you use?

BRRRRT may use carriers such as Yanwen, USPS, or UPS, depending on the order and shipping destination.

8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact support as soon as possible.

According to the shipping policy, address changes are not possible once the order is already in transit. If you need an update, contact support@brrrrt.com within 12 hours of placing your order whenever possible.

9. Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, BRRRRT may be able to accept a cancellation.

Please contact support as quickly as possible. If the order has already shipped, please refer to the return and refund policy.

Returns and Refunds

10. What is your return policy?

BRRRRT offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

11. How do I start a return?

To start a return, email support@brrrrt.com first.
If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting support first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

12. What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@brrrrt.com right away and include:

  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

13. Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. BRRRRT states that there is no restocking fee on approved returns.

14. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

16. Are BRRRRT products just display models?

17. How do I charge my mini construction vehicle?

Please use the charging cable included with your product and follow the instructions provided for your model.

For best results, use a stable power source and avoid using incompatible charging accessories.

18. How do I know when my mini construction vehicle is fully charged?

This is one of the most common customer questions.

While the vehicle is charging, the indicator light shows green. When the battery is fully charged, the light turns off.

So the charging status is:

  • Green light on = charging
  • Light off = fully charged

If the light turns off after charging, the vehicle is usually fully charged.

19. Why do some customers think the vehicle is not fully charged?

Some customers expect the light to stay on when charging is complete.

However, for these mini construction vehicles, the charging behavior is different:

  • Green light on during charging
  • Light off when charging is complete

So if the light turns off, it usually means the battery is fully charged, not that charging failed.

20. What should I do if my product is not working properly?

If your product is not working as expected, please first check:

  • Whether the battery is charged
  • Whether the power switch is turned on
  • Whether the remote control batteries are installed correctly
  • Whether the charging cable has been disconnected
  • Whether you are using the product in a normal environment without strong interference
