This thing rocks, high quality all around. Battery has 3x the listed capacity of most cheap RC vehicles and it shows in how long you can use this thing. Bucket switches out to claw or jackhammer. Lots of parts are metal. Battery cover has a screw but you don't have to use it if you don't want to due to the clip (good feature). Sound turns on or off (good). Turret rotates but hits a stop after two full rotations.

Great controls: both tracks go forward and back independently, either track works correctly on its own (for pivot steer etc), two controls for the claw open/close. Excavator has a single dig/push lever that controls all boom movements but it does so in an easy/fun way for kids to use without needing to remember 8 levers.

6 and 8 year old are loving this and teenage kids even enjoy it for a while too. Heck I used the claw to clean up a few toys just to see if I could do it and had a blast, wish I had one of these as a kid.
